This car dealership is shadey as it gets I took my car and it wouldn't shift rite they told me they took it for a ride and nothing wrong w it. Then it woukdnt even move out the stall,end result they tell me glue my stick shift someone Def did that,now they won't give proof of that why. Hide stuff for who did it I've had alot push back from ur local cops,a shadey lawyer situation and p sure they help police put a tracker on my car. I paid alot get full heating cooling system fixed they claim sonics that just a issue. It don't work idk they even fixed it. I looked online sometimes the coolant system leaks on sonics but. My problems the fan don't work still. If sonic got that big prob should been a recall on that. I think there helping my brother and local lawyer who he'll bent on lash back at me for telling her off then they cop buddy's have them join In alot wrong w this place if they help someone destroy ur car or just lie for ppl tell ya 1 thing then won't note it in ur work orders. Do not get any repairs w this location they help ppl to screw your over. In heartbeat. That's for sure. They also show me where someone put hole oil pan w a jagged object and won't note that either. So hide it still. I definitely had someone in that crap town mess w my car repeatedly and they appear to back ppl who did it. Plus I got no heat still. Go somewhere else's there shadey

Don't take good care of their customers. Bought a truck from them. No responses from some of the people that work there. Something happening and they won't with you. Look somewhere else for a vehicle.

My salesperson was not very informed about the vehicle I was purchasing and it’s supposed arrival time.

Air bag recall and oil change was handled great!

I was in a bind when a transmission cooler line failed while vacationing in the North woods. I had taken the vehicle to a closer dealer that shall remain nameless. After receiving a $9200 quote for a new transmission I trailered the vehicle to Rhinelander where the lines were replaced and I was on my way within two days for less than $600 dollars. Joe in the service department went above and beyond to get my parts shipped in and got my family back on the road. Kudos to you all in Rhinelander Ten out of ten.

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Rhinelander Toyota. From starting with communicating with Megan online and setting up an appointment, meeting Debbie at the door and her taking all the time we needed for her to explain/show everything to us and answer all of our questions, then talking with Kevin about our trade in, and ending with discussing other options for our vehicle with Jason. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Purchasing our vehicle was actually FUN! We will always purchase our vehicles from them from now on! If you are looking for a new or used car, you have to go to Rhinelander Toyota...ask for Debbie!

We drove over from MI to WI for an event. About 30 minutes north of Rhinelander, we hit a deer that smashed our driver's side window. We drove down to the dealership to see if they possibly had a window in stock. Unfortunately they di not, but they did take our vehicle in to clean up some of the glass and put plastic over the window. They had us in and out in about 40 minutes and didn't charge us anything for their time. Great, helpful people are hard to find. They definitely have some here.
