I was in a bind when a transmission cooler line failed while vacationing in the North woods. I had taken the vehicle to a closer dealer that shall remain nameless. After receiving a $9200 quote for a new transmission I trailered the vehicle to Rhinelander where the lines were replaced and I was on my way within two days for less than $600 dollars. Joe in the service department went above and beyond to get my parts shipped in and got my family back on the road. Kudos to you all in Rhinelander Ten out of ten.

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Rhinelander Toyota. From starting with communicating with Megan online and setting up an appointment, meeting Debbie at the door and her taking all the time we needed for her to explain/show everything to us and answer all of our questions, then talking with Kevin about our trade in, and ending with discussing other options for our vehicle with Jason. We drove over from MI to WI for an event. About 30 minutes north of Rhinelander, we hit a deer that smashed our driver's side window. We drove down to the dealership to see if they possibly had a window in stock. Unfortunately they di not, but they did take our vehicle in to clean up some of the glass and put plastic over the window. They had us in and out in about 40 minutes and didn't charge us anything for their time. Great, helpful people are hard to find. They definitely have some here.

From the scheduler to the intake to the mechanic, everyone was friendly, competent, and quick. And what i thought might be an expensive issue was not so trustworthy there! Btw there is fresh popcorn and sodas in the waiting room so nice touch!

Came down to buy jeep ended up leaving with a terrain. Ashley was very helpful and not pushy, she made the process super easy. Car was cleaned and was able to meet my expectations of what buying a vehicle should be like. Would recommend ashley and this dealership for a place to buy a new or used vehicle.

My temp sensor and thermostat decided to fail while up this way when we were heading back to our cabin after visiting some friends. This was 9:30pm. Got home, researched the problem and it pointed to the above mentioned parts. The next morning I called a GM dealer Ive used in the past but they said they wouldn't have time to help me. We called, we went over everything, they knew everything when we dropped it off, they told us it may take awhile but it ended up being fixed quickly. They kept us informed. All in all, super easy and quick. They are always nice and helpful. Free shuttle service with an interesting guy to talk to. They always make the whole transition easy. It's so nice.
