Went in for 20k scheduled inspection and inoperable distance measuring system encountered after bird strike. Was given reduction in diagnostic test repair as cause was only a failed sensor connector. Been a toyota owner for 37 years because of product quality and caring professionalism.
I came in to get my transmission serviced and it was informed my car had some frame issues as it was older and I should not drive the car anymore. Consequently I did not do the transmission service but was still charged $90 to tell me my car was a piece of junk.
Purchased second Toyota from dealer. Staff are knowledgeable and not pushy. Was able to get on waitlist for my build, tested it, drove off the lot. No pricing xx; MSRP is already discounted and invoice spells out packages and fees line by line.

Excellent customer service- my advisor (I wish I got his name) went above and beyond!! Long story but he should be commended (I tried to tip him but he wouldn’t accept money!). I believe the techs do quality work. The service advisors seem to know their stuff. The waiting area is spacious and accommodating with good coffee. All the staff are nice and pleasant.
Book my service using their app which is almost unusable. Upon arrival the service reception had trouble finding my booking and asked me for all the information I had already entered in the app. Conclusion, the app is useless, call them instead. Once that was done they were very helpful in clarifying some things about my new car and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I even got an informative video of information regarding the work. They completely turned my first impression around. I will be back.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. I was greeted by big smiles and warm handshakes from everyone. If you’re looking for a car you better try this dealer first. I’ve bought a lot of cars and this was the easiest process out of any other dealer. My salesman Scott was a no pressure, easy to talk to and made it fun to buy a car. Definitely will buy another car from Rhinelander GMC again!
First salesman almost let us walk as didn’t seem to have time for us. We asked if someone else could help and glad the first guy was busy because Caden was a better fit for us and did a great job

Excellent service. My first time in this location and I received an exceptional welcome and a thorough explanation of what to expect. The waiting room was clean and well stocked. I was given an estimate of how long it would take but the actual time was a bit less.

The Rhinelander Auto Group, specifically The Toyota Service Center excels in all areas of customer service. I brought my Tundra in an hour early, my mistake and they had the service done before the truck was originally scheduled!
They promptly let you know your vehicle is in (text). And when it is finished you receive another text with all the inspection results.
I really enjoy their customer waiting area with: WiFi, coffee, tv, popcorn and slushies!

I have my Tacoma in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was done promptly and had no issues whatsoever.
They are always pleasant to deal with, keep you well informed, provide excellent service and their prices are reasonable.
The device was very fast. I’m from out of state, so there were a few extra hoops they needed to do to execute my service. Zero problems. Glenn took good care of me I need new tires and they advised me to wait until October for a sale they would be having. Great folks to work with

I just purchased a 2026 4 Runner and my husband bought a 2025 Tundra in February. We worked with Reese and he was absolutely awesome! He was so patient with us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted! All of the sales managers and other salespeople were incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to work with! This dealership was great to work with for the recall and tire rotation I had done the other day. They ordered the recall part in advance so there wasn’t any reason to come back another time. They also took care of the routine tire rotation while I was there. Everyone was courteous, positive and friendly.
We purchased a new Toyota Tundra and had our Rav 4 Hybrid serviced all in the same day. Great car buying experience. The Sales Consultant, Reese, was friendly courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He provided an unrushed and pleasant test drive answering all my questions with detail. Needless to say, I bought the Tacoma.
We purchased out truck from Rhinelander Toyota in 2019 on a referral from a friend. This dealership provides the most professional, courteous and affordable maintenance on our truck. We refer this dealership to everyone looking for a vehicle. We give them an a 10 plus.
The man at the service counter was very nice. My car was serviced the same day to correct an issue caused by Miracle Toyota in Lake Wales FL. My issue however is that my new rear brakes STILL have an embarrassing squeak. At church, at Walmart, at the fair, people stare at my car. NOT in a good way. This is not normal, or good. I do not know what to do.
